Automate customer support
Missed call. Missed sale. An AI voice agent answers every call to your store, 24/7, checks the order live from your data, confirms COD orders, and saves a summary of every call so your team only picks up the calls that need a human.
Hear one now: call the live AI receptionist demo on +1 (930) 216‑3103. It's an AI agent, not a person.
Sara · AIThanks for calling ShopEase! How can I help you today?
CallerI'm calling to check on my order. It's one zero zero one.
n8n → order_status(1001) → Shipped · TCS · tomorrow
Sara · AIYour Wireless Earbuds Pro order is shipped with TCS and arrives tomorrow.
CallerAnd it's cash on delivery, so I just pay the rider?
Sara · AIThat's right, just pay the rider 49.99 when it arrives.

It's an AI phone agent that answers calls to your store in a natural voice. It understands the question, looks up the order in your store data through a workflow, answers with the real status, and logs a summary of the call. Complex or sensitive calls get passed to your team with the details.
Workflow diagram
The agent talks, n8n fetches the facts, and the call ends up as a row in your sheet. Nothing is typed by hand.
AI voice agent call flow
Demo build
A customer calls a demo store to ask about order 1001. Sara answers straight away, asks for the order number, and checks it live through an n8n workflow: Wireless Earbuds Pro, shipped with TCS, arriving tomorrow. He asks about cash on delivery and she confirms the amount to pay the rider. After the call, the details are saved to Google Sheets automatically.
One n8n workflow does two jobs: it looks up the order during the call, and it logs the call after it ends.
Call log
Every call becomes one row: time, caller, order number, intent, whether it was resolved, and a short AI summary. Your team reads two lines instead of listening back, and patterns (lots of return calls? one city with delivery questions?) show up on their own.
The sheet on the right is an illustration with sample rows. The real log from the Sara demo is shown on the work page.

For an online store that wants live order status or COD confirmation, Advanced is the package that covers it.
Before and after
Process
After the free audit we write down what callers ask, what the agent should do and when it hands over.
I build the agent in Vapi and the automation in n8n. You test it on a real call and request changes.
Everything is in your accounts, with a short guide video showing how to update answers and read the call log.
Yes. During the call the voice agent sends the order number to an n8n workflow, which reads the order from Shopify, WooCommerce or a Google Sheet and returns the status, courier and delivery date. The agent reads that back in plain language. If the order isn't found, it says so rather than guessing.
I recommend it. A short line like “I'm the store's AI assistant” sets expectations, builds trust and helps you meet disclosure rules that apply in some places. Callers can always ask for a human, and the agent takes a message or alerts your team.
It shouldn't handle angry complaints end to end, take card payments over the phone, or answer questions your data doesn't cover. Noisy lines and strong accents need testing. The honest setup is: the agent handles routine calls and hands the rest to people.
I wrote a full guide: AI voice agent for an online store: what it can and can't do.
No. The agent uses natural AI voices and short, human replies. You test it on a real call before delivery and can ask for changes.
Yes. The number is billed to your own Vapi or Twilio account, and I help you set it up, so you stay in control of the number and usage.
Only your own call minutes and AI usage, usually a few cents per minute, billed by the providers to your account. There is no monthly fee to me unless you want support.
Yes, in the Advanced package. I connect it to your booking tool or calendar through n8n. The same package covers live order lookup for stores.
English works best. Other languages can be added, but let's discuss and test them before you order.
Yes. Outbound calls can confirm COD orders or follow up leads from a Google Sheet. Outbound calling has extra rules in most countries (consent, calling hours, disclosure), so we agree who gets called and when before switching it on.
Tell me how your store sells and supports customers today. In 15 minutes we find the 2–3 workflows worth automating first. No pitch deck, no obligation.
