I'm an AI automation freelancer based in Pakistan. I build AI agents that help e-commerce stores answer customers faster and stop losing sales in the gaps.
My story
I'm Majid Ali (full name Majid Ali Shabrani). I work remotely from Pakistan and build AI automations with n8n, mostly for online stores.
My background is in digital marketing, with a Digital Marketing certification from DigiSkills.pk and hands-on local SEO work for small businesses. That shaped how I think about automation: not as tech for its own sake, but as a way to catch the leads and sales that slip through.
Most e-commerce stores don't lose sales because of bad products. They lose them in the gaps: a cart nobody follows up on, a WhatsApp message answered six hours late, a repeat customer nobody reminds to come back. I build AI automations that close those gaps, so the right action happens the moment a signal appears.
I'm at the start of my freelance journey, so I won't show you client logos or invented numbers. I'll show you working demos you can test, and one you can call.

Reliability first
Not just "it works", but "it works reliably". Input checks, duplicate prevention, logging of every outcome and error alerts are built in from the start.
Docs at handover
You get simple docs or a short guide video, so your team can run and adjust the automation without depending on me.
You own your accounts and costs
Numbers, WhatsApp API, Vapi, n8n and AI accounts are in your name. You pay providers directly, and there's no monthly fee to me unless you want support.

Who I work with
Shopify, WooCommerce and DTC stores, especially in the UK and the Gulf (UAE and Saudi Arabia), where customers message stores on WhatsApp, and English-speaking stores in the US and elsewhere. I also build AI receptionists for local service businesses.
Where and when I work
I'm in Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5). That overlaps well with the Gulf working day and with UK mornings and afternoons. Your automations run in the cloud around the clock, whatever the time zone.
