Who I am

This website is run by Majid Ali, trading as Ecom Agent Lab, an AI automation freelancer based in Pakistan. Contact: mjsolution.ai@gmail.com.

What this site collects

• Contact form: the name, email, optional WhatsApp number, store website, platform and message you choose to send. The form is processed on the web server that hosts this site and delivered to me by email.
• Email and WhatsApp: if you contact me directly, I receive what you send through those services.
• Server logs: the hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What this site does not do

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party trackers.

How I use your details

Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange your audit, and, if we work together, deliver the project. I don't sell or share your details for marketing. The lawful basis is your consent and our pre-contract discussions.

How long I keep them

Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted once they're no longer needed, and within 12 months at the latest. Project records are kept as long as needed for the work and any legal requirements.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing mjsolution.ai@gmail.com. If you're in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK.

Client projects

When I build automations for your store, your customer data stays in accounts you own (for example WhatsApp Business API, n8n, Google Sheets, your store platform). I only access it as needed to build and support the automation, and we agree those terms in writing.
